Where the Ozonia OZAT Series end in production capacity, custom fabricated Ozonia’ Engineered Systems begin.

Once the clients' requirements have been determined, plants are tailor-made from standard ozone generating vessels, Power Supply Units (PSU), process control systems and instruments. Ozone generating vessels are compact as a result of the high ozone production per unit area of Ozonia’ exclusive Advanced Technology (‘AT’) non-glass dielectric which allow fewer dielectric tubes than conventional glass systems. The generators are horizontal in layout and are floor or skid mounted allowing easy installation and inspection via viewing ports and convenient access for maintenance.

Ozonia designs, manufactures and assembles its own Power Supply Units (PSU) for standardization using state-of–the-art electronic components. Conforming to all IEEE 519, CE and other electrical standards, Ozonia PSU’s achieve a wide regulation range with stable, step-less operation down to <10% of capacity. Power consumption of Ozonia systems are characteristically the lowest in the industry.

Proven as the most reliable in the world, the Ozonia Engineered System begin at 10 kg/h (500 lb./day) with the largest to date from a single unit being 200 kg/h (10,560 lb./d).
